Worst is best

I saw this powerful exercise used as an icebreaker at a retreat. Folk were asked to stand in front of their peers to express their love for the parts of themselves they found least attractive. Think yourself lucky you only have to write yours down!
TASK Pick a physical attribute of yours that you really don't like, or at least see as a pretty big negative. Your baldness, say, or your thick glasses or your fat bum. Now write for 10 minutes as though this was your very FAVOURITE attribute. Begin with the words "God, I'm so lucky to have"
