Death
This one came from my sister, whose therapist suggested she give this a go as a way of exploring the dark places. TASK Lie on the floor for five minutes or so and imagine that you are dead. How does it feel? What does it mean? Where do you go? What does it sound like? What does it look like? Is anyone there with you? Write for 10 minutes on the experience.
