Water
For this exercise, you need to have access to enough water to submerge most of yourself in - i.e. a bath or a swimming pool. Get yourself wet and spend at least 10 minutes exploring the sense of water upon your skin. Notice how the temperature changes as you swirl about. Feel it sit upon different parts of your body, notice how it moves. TASK Write for 10 minutes, beginning with the words "Once in the water....", going with wherever the story takes you.
